I have a deep passion for the financial advice sector and am dedicated to supporting Chervin Dell in helping clients achieve their financial goals. In my role as Personal Assistant, I manage essential administrative duties, carry out detailed client data analysis, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

I am currently working towards my mortgage qualifications and look forward to offering mortgage advice to clients from 2026, further strengthening the support I can provide within the team.

I am a qualified will writer and can assist with the creation of various property trusts.

Balancing my career with family life is extremely important to me, and this role gives me the flexibility to enjoy both. I value the opportunity to contribute to our clients’ success while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Outside of work, I stay engaged with financial market trends to continually grow in my role and support our clients as effectively as possible.

Ava - Multi Channel Marketing Apprentice

After completing my A-Levels in Business, Media, and Philosophy at Lutterworth College, I recently began my career as a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice. I am now working towards a qualification in Digital Marketing while supporting the development of the company’s digital branding.

I’ll be involved in content creation, social media management, and supporting wider digital campaigns across the company’s channels.

I’m passionate about all areas of digital marketing, particularly how social media and websites can be used to create engaging content and drive successful marketing strategies.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, travelling to new places, and catching up with friends.
